The six beauty modules
Overall Retouch: nine styles
From Refined, the subtlest, through Studio, Cinematic, Clear, Dewy, Spirited, Radiant and Lively to Sunlit, the strongest.
Makeup
Lipstick in the shade you choose, gloss or matte lips, blush, brows, eyeliner, cat eyes and contour, or a complete light or dark look. Remove Makeup takes off what the person is already wearing.
Facial Features
Small touches: longer lashes, thinner or thicker brows, a defined cupid's bow, or dimples.
Face Shape
Slim the face, enlarge the eyes, narrow or lift the nose, or fill out the lips, each on its own slider.
Skin Quality
Smooth keeps pores and texture, or target one thing at a time: acne, spots, dark circles, eye bags, shine, redness or wrinkles. Ruddy and Tan change the overall tone.
Hair Recolor
Changes hair color across the whole clip, with a range of shades and a strength setting. Preview a shot where the head turns.

Why retouching video is harder than a photo
On video, the same edit has to land on every frame while the person turns, talks and moves through changing light, or skin shimmers and makeup slides. AI Beauty is built to keep each effect steady across the clip.

Over-smoothed, unrecognizable faces are the usual failure of beauty filters. Start light: Refined is the subtlest style, and the effects come with strength sliders.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Will it make skin look plastic?
- Not if you keep it light. Skin Quality targets specific things such as acne, spots, dark circles or shine instead of blurring the whole face, and Smooth keeps pores and texture. If skin looks too smooth in the preview, turn the strength down.
- What makeup options are included?
- Lip looks (lipstick in a range of shades, gloss, matte), blush, brows, eyeshadow, eyeliner including winged and cat-eye, lashes, contour, and complete light or dark looks. Remove Makeup takes off the makeup the person already wears, and each option has a strength slider.
- How is this different from beauty filters in phone apps?
- It runs on your computer, works on full-length videos as well as photos, and shares one license with every other KwaFlux module, so you can repair, grade and retouch the same clip.
- Can I remove a pimple or blemish from a whole video without tracking it frame by frame?
- Yes. Skin Quality includes Remove Acne, Remove Spots, Remove Dark Circles and Remove Redness, and faces are found automatically, so there's nothing to mask or track by hand. Where there's no blemish, the picture stays close to the original.
- Can I try it before buying?
- Yes, with no account or card. Free previews last 1, 3 or 5 seconds in video modules, 5, 15 or 30 seconds in Video Stabilization, the whole picture for images and the opening 5 to 30 seconds for audio; file tools such as the Converter have no effect preview. Exporting, converting, repairing a file and downloading a file from a link need sign-in and a paid plan, and there's no time-limited trial.
