Plenty of footage is already high-resolution but still looks wrong: washed-out color from a flat picture profile, judder from low frame rates, or dull dynamic range on modern HDR displays. Enhancement targets those problems directly. Because Kwaflux is one pipeline, you can chain enhancement after upscaling in a single pass — restore resolution first, then fix color and motion.
Frame interpolation deserves a caveat: AI-generated frames work best on natural motion. Extremely fast action or hard scene cuts can produce visible artifacts, which is why previewing a short segment first is the recommended workflow.
Color work and interpolation are iterative — you try a setting, compare, adjust. That loop is painful when every attempt means re-uploading to a cloud service. Locally, previews render in seconds on your own GPU and the iteration cost is zero.
